Riding
holidays and B&B for your horse
Bodmin
Moor is simply terrific for riding. With around 100 square km's
to explore, you will never have to go on a road or worry about
cars. Guests can ride from the B&B straight onto the moor
where moorland ponies can often be found watering. There are some
wonderful rides with some nice long gallops and lots of interesting
things to see. In the summer you can cool off and take your horse
for a swim at the pony pool near the Cheeswring.
The
coast is also not far away so you can take your horse to the beach!
We
can offer grass/hay and stabling for your horse and even some
livery services if requested. There is ample parking for horse
trailers and also smaller lorries in the yard, but not huge ones!
We
can also arrange days out with the East Cornwall Hunt drag hounds
who often meet at the top of our drive or just up the road at
Minions.
For guests without their
own horse or those new to riding there is also the nearby BHS
approved T.M. International
School of Horsemanship in Henwood.
